Not an Employment Agreement. This Agreement does not give Employee any right to continued employment with [[Verso:Organization]], and all employees remain subject to discharge to the same extent as if this Agreement had never been adopted.

NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. This Agreement is not an employment agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to guarantee the right to remain employed by the Company or any Affiliate for any specified term.

This Agreement is not an employment or service agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to create an employment or service relationship between the Participant and the Company or guarantee the right to continue in the employment of the Company or a Subsidiary for any specified term or limit the Company’s authority to terminate the Participant’s employment.

Not an Employment Agreement. This Agreement is not an agreement of employment. This Agreement does not guarantee that the Employer will employ the Participant for an specific time period, nor does it modify in any respect the Employer’s right to terminate or modify the Participant’s employment or compensation.

Not an Employment Contract. The Executive acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose on the Company any obligation to retain the Executive as an employee and that this Agreement does not prevent the Executive from terminating employment at any time. If the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason and subsequently a Change in Control shall occur, the Executive shall not be entitled to any benefits hereunder except as otherwise provided pursuant to Section 1.2.

The Employment of Grantee with the Company shall be subject to termination to the same extent as if this Agreement had not been executed.
