Nonsolicitation. In further consideration of the payments by the Company to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement, the Executive hereby covenants and agrees that, during the Term and for the twelve-month period following the date of the Executive’s termination for any reason, the Executive shall not either directly or indirectly on the Executive’s own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others # attempt to influence, persuade or induce, or assist any other person in so influencing, persuading or inducing, any employee or independent contractor of the Company Group to give up, or to not commence, employment or a business relationship with the Company Group, # unless otherwise in contravention of applicable law, directly, or indirectly through direction to any third party, hire or engage, or cause to be hired or engaged, any person who is or was an employee or independent contractor of the Company Group, or # attempt to influence, persuade or induce, or assist any other person in so influencing, persuading or inducing, any agent, consultant, vendor, supplier or customer of the Company Group with whom the Executive has had contact within the last twenty-four months of his or her relationship with the Company Group or about whom the Executive has confidential information to give up or not commence, a business relationship with the Company.

Nonsolicitation. Executive hereby agrees for the duration of Executive’s employment with [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] and for the duration of the Restrictive Period, Executive shall not, either individually or by or through any agent, representative, entity, employee or otherwise:

Nonsolicitation. During the Restricted Period, the Grantee agrees that they shall not, directly or indirectly, on their own behalf or as a partner, owner, officer, director, stockholder, member, employee, agent or consultant of any other person, within any state (including the District of Columbia), territory, possession or country where the Company conducts business during the Employment Period or during the Restricted Period solicit, hire, or otherwise attempt to establish for any person, any employment, agency, consulting or other business relationship with any person who is an employee or consultant of the CACI Group, provided that the prohibition in this Section 5(d) shall not bar the Grantee from soliciting or hiring any former employee or former consultant who at the time of such solicitation or hire had not been employed or engaged by the CACI Group for a period of at least six (6) months.

Nonsolicitation. As further consideration for the Company entering into this Agreement, Employee agrees that during Employee’s employment and for a period of two (2) years following the date of his termination of employment, he will not # solicit, directly or indirectly, any employee currently employed by the Company to leave the employment of the Company or any contractor or consultant currently doing business with the Company to cease doing business with the Company, or # use any trade secret of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to induce or attempt to induce, or assist anyone else to induce or attempt to induce, any existing or prospective customers or suppliers of the Company to reduce or discontinue their business with the Company.

Nonsolicitation. Executive hereby agrees for the duration of Executive’s employment with [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] and for the duration of the Restrictive Period, Executive shall not, either individually or by or through any agent, representative, entity, employee or otherwise:

Nonsolicitation. During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others # solicit any employee of the Company to terminate employment with the Company, or # employ or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was both an employee of the Company as of Executive’s Date of Termination and has been an employee of the Company in the six (6) months prior to the event. The foregoing shall not be violated by general advertising not targeted at employees of the Company or serving as a reference upon request to an entity with which Executive is not associated.

Nonsolicitation. Executive hereby agrees for the duration of Executive’s employment with [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] and for the duration of the Restrictive Period, Executive shall not, either individually or by or through any agent, representative, entity, employee or otherwise:

Nonsolicitation. Mr. Zobel agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months following the Separation Date he shall not, without the prior written consent of [[Company:Organization]], directly or indirectly solicit, hire or assist any employer to hire any of the employees of any [[Company:Organization]] Entity, either for himself or for any other business, operation, corporation, partnership, association, agency or other person or entity, or take any other action either to encourage any of such employees to leave employment with any such [[Company:Organization]] Entity or otherwise to interfere with any such employment relationship.

Nonsolicitation. During the term of employment and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Effective Date of Termination, the Executive shall not employ or retain or solicit for employment or arrange to have any other person, firm, or other entity employ or retain or solicit for employment or otherwise participate in the employment or retention of any person who is an employee or consultant of the Company or any subsidiary thereof.
