Nonpayment. In the event Surface fails to pay any undisputed amounts due and payable to Harbour hereunder, and fails to make such payments within days after receiving written notice of such failure, Harbour may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Surface, subject to completion of the dispute resolution process set forth in Article 13 and subsequent cure.
Nonpayment. Nonpayment of the principal of any Loan to [[Organization A:Organization]] when due; or nonpayment by [[Organization A:Organization]] of any interest on any Loan, or of any other obligation payable by [[Organization A:Organization]] under any of the Loan Documents, within five days after the same becomes due.
Nonpayment of Rent. Tenant fails to pay any Base Rent or any Additional Rent as and when such rent becomes due and payable and such failure is not cured within five (5) days after written notice from Landlord that said amount was not paid when due, provided that if Tenant has previously received two (2) or more notices from Landlord during the immediately preceding twelve (12) months period stating that Tenant failed to pay any Base Rent or Additional Rent required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease when due, then Landlord shall not be required to deliver any notice to Tenant and a default shall immediately occur upon any failure by Tenant to pay any Rent or any other charge required to be paid under the Lease when due.
Nonpayment of Fees. As stated herein above, the Firm expects payment in full upon receipt of our fee statement. If full payment is not received within 15 days of the billing date, we may employ reasonable collection procedures in the event of what we deem is a serious delinquency in payment. We additionally reserve the right to impose a late charge/interest of 1.5 percent per month (18% annual) on the unpaid balance. If full payment is not received within 60 days, your decision to engage our services also signifies your consent to refer you and/or your company to a credit-reporting agency for nonpayment.

Demand; Protest; etc. Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by the Lender Group on which Borrower may in any way be liable.
Demand, presentment, protest and notice of nonpayment and protest are hereby waived by the Borrower.
[[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives presentment for payment, demand, notice of nonpayment or dishonor, protest and notice of protest.
Regardless of any action by the Reviewing Party, if Indemnitee has not received full indemnification within thirty days after making a demand or request in accordance with [Section 2(a) or 3(a)])] (a Nonpayment), Indemnitee shall have the right to enforce its indemnification rights under this Deed by commencing litigation in any court located in the country of Ireland (an Irish Court) having subject matter jurisdiction thereof seeking an initial determination by the court or by challenging any determination by the Reviewing Party or any aspect thereof. Any determination by the Reviewing Party not challenged by Indemnitee in any such litigation shall be binding on the Company and Indemnitee. The remedy provided for in this Section shall be in addition to any other remedies available to Indemnitee at law or in equity.
Liens for taxes, assessments or governmental charges not then due and delinquent or the nonpayment of which is permitted by Section 9.4;
Presentment. Without limiting any other provision of this Note, Borrower waives presentment, demand for payment, protest, notice of nonpayment, and all suretyship defenses.
If Purchaser fails to make a payment as set forth in the payment schedules of Paragraphs 38 or 39, Purchaser shall have a three-month period in which to cure such default, which shall include Interest (as defined above) during the period of nonpayment.
Liens for taxes, assessments or other governmental charges not yet overdue or not yet payable or subject to penalties for nonpayment or which are being contested in good faith by appropriate actions diligently conducted, if adequate reserves with respect thereto are maintained on the books of such Person in accordance with GAAP;
Each Borrower is presently informed as to the financial condition of the other Borrowers and of all other circumstances which a diligent inquiry would reveal and which bear upon the risk of nonpayment of the Obligations. Each Borrower hereby covenants that it will keep itself informed as to the financial condition of the other Borrowers, the status of the other Borrowers and of all circumstances which bear upon the risk of nonpayment. Absent a written request from any Borrower to Agent or any Lender for information, each Borrower hereby waives any and all rights it may have to require Agent or any Lender to disclose to such Borrower any information which Agent or any Lender may now or hereafter acquire concerning the condition or circumstances of the other Borrower.
Maker and each endorser hereby waive presentment, notice of nonpayment or dishonor, protest, notice of protest and all other notices in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, default or enforcement of payment of this Note, and hereby waive all notice or right of approval of any extensions, renewals, modifications or forbearances which may be allowed.
