If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).

Whenever any payment to be made hereunder shall be stated to be due or any action to be taken hereunder shall be stated to be required to be taken on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made or such action shall be taken on the next succeeding Business Day and, in the case of the payment of any monetary amount, the extension of time shall be included for the purposes of computation of interest or fees thereon.

If a payment payable is made on a day that is not a Business Day pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, it shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

Business Days. “Business Day” is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which Silicon Valley Bank is closed.

NON-BUSINESS DAYS. Whenever action must be taken (including the giving of notice of the delivery of documents) under this Agreement during a certain period of time (or by a particular date) that ends (or occurs) on a non-business day, then such period (or date) shall be extended until the immediately following business day. As used herein, “business day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.

Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief Employee office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
