Non-Solicitation. The Executive agrees, during the period in which she is employed by the Company and for one (1) year thereafter, not to solicit, or assist or induce any other person or entity in soliciting, any person who at that time is (or within the preceding ninety (90) days was) an employee of, or a consultant or independent contractor to, the Company to leave his or her employment, consultancy or independent contractor status with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Employees. During Executive’s employment and for the one-year period following termination of Executive’s employment for any reason (the “Coverage Period”), Executive hereby agrees not to, directly or indirectly, solicit, hire, seek to hire, or assist any other person or entity (on her own behalf or on behalf of such other person or entity) in soliciting or hiring any person who is at that time an employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative, or other agent of the Company or any of its Affiliates to perform services for any entity (other than the Company or its Affiliates), or attempt to induce or encourage any such employee to leave the employ of the Company or its Affiliates.
Non-solicitation. During the Employment Period and for a two-year period following the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of the Executive or for any other business, person or entity, entice, induce or solicit or attempt to entice, induce or solicit any employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries or other Affiliates to leave the Company's employ (or the employ of such Subsidiary or other Affiliate) or to hire or to cause any employee of the Company to become employed for any reason whatsoever.
Nonsolicitation of the Company’s Employees. Executive agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage the Company’s business by soliciting, encouraging or recruiting any of the Company’s employees or causing others to solicit or encourage any of the Company’s employees to discontinue their employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Executives. During Executive’s employment and for a period of twelve (12) months after the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall not (other than in furtherance of Executive’s legitimate job duties on behalf of Company), directly or indirectly, on Executive’s own behalf or for any other Person: # solicit for employment, hire or engage, or attempt to solicit for employment, hire or engage, any person who is or was employed by the Company within the six (6) month period prior to the solicitation or hire, or # otherwise interfere with the employment relationship between any such person and the Company Group. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict general advertisements and general solicitations not directed specifically at persons employed by the Company Group.
Non-Solicitation of Employees: Executive agrees that, during the Employment Period, and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the termination of Executive’s employment, regardless of the reason for such termination, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, or attempt to solicit, for employment, with Executive or with any other person or entity, any employee of the Company.

For a period of twelve months following the Termination Date, Executive shall not directly, or indirectly through others, knowingly induce or attempt to induce any officer, employee, consultant or other independent contractor of the Company currently employed or engaged by the Company with whom Executive had contact, knowledge of, or association in the course of Executive’s employment with the Company or any of its affiliates, as the case may be, to terminate his or her employment or engagement with the Company or any of its affiliates and accept employment or engagement, directly or indirectly, with the Executive or induce such officer, employee or consultant or other independent contractor to commence employment with any other company or affiliates of a company, and shall not, either directly or indirectly through others, knowingly assist any other person or entity in such an inducement and hiring (regardless of whether any such officer, employee, consultant or independent contractor would commit a breach of contract by terminating his or her employment).

For a period of twelve months following the Termination Date, Executive shall not directly, or indirectly through others, knowingly induce or attempt to induce any officer, employee, or consultant or other independent contractor of the Company currently employed by the Company with whom Executive had contact, knowledge of, or association in the course of Executive’s employment with the Company or any of its affiliates, as the case may be, to terminate his or her employment with the Company or any of its affiliates and accept employment, directly or indirectly, with the Executive or induce such officer, employee or consultant or other independent contractor to commence employment with any other company or affiliates of a company, and shall not, either directly or indirectly through others, knowingly assist any other person or entity in such an inducement and hiring (regardless of whether any such officer, employee, consultant or independent contractor would commit a breach of contract by terminating his or her employment).
Non-Solicitation. During the period beginning with the Effective Date and ending [two (2)] years following the termination of Executive's employment, Executive shall not: # induce, or attempt to induce, employees of or any Subsidiary to terminate their employment; # solicit or encourage any of 's or any Subsidiary's customers, or joint venture partners to terminate or diminish their relationship with or any Subsidiary; or # solicit or encourage any person or entity in a contractual relationship with or any Subsidiary to violate any agreement with any of them. During such period, Executive shall not hire, either directly or through any employee, agent or representative, any employee of or any Subsidiary or any person who was employed by or any Subsidiary within 180 days of such hiring.
Non-Solicitation. During your employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly solicit away employees or consultants of the Company for your own benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity.
