Non-Disparagement. Employee agrees and covenants that Employee will not, directly or indirectly, at any time during or after Employee’s employment with the Company, make, publish or communicate to any Person or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning the Company or its businesses, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, investors, managers, members, beneficial owners and other associated third parties.
Non-Disparagement. The Employee agrees, subject to any obligations he may have under applicable law, that he will not make or cause to be made any statements or take any actions that disparage or in any way damage the reputation of the Company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors or employees. In the event such a communication is made to anyone, including but not limited to the media, public interest groups or publishing companies, it will be considered a material breach of the terms of this Agreement. Employee understands that nothing in this paragraph prevents the Employee from disclosing statements, of any nature, regarding possible violations of law or regulation to government agencies or authorities

Employee specifically agrees and covenants that he or she will not directly or indirectly disparage the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, attorneys or representatives, or any of their respective products or services in any manner, at any time, to any person or entity. “Disparage” is defined as, but not limited to, any utterance whatsoever either verbal, in writing, by gesture or any behavior of any kind that might tend to or actually harm or injure the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, whether intended or not.

Employee agrees not to make any defamatory or derogatory statements concerning the Company or any of its affiliates or predecessors and their respective directors, officers and employees. Nothing in this section is intended to, and shall not, restrict or limit the Employee from exercising his or her protected rights in Section 2 hereof or restrict or limit the Employee from providing truthful information in response to a subpoena, other legal process or valid governmental inquiry or in the event of litigation between the Employee and the Company or its affiliates.

Employee agrees that at no time during or following his employment with Employer shall he make any disparaging, defamatory, or untrue public comments (whether orally, in writing, through electronic media, or otherwise) regarding Employer or any of its affiliates, or any of its or their respective current or former shareholders, directors, officers, or employees in any respect. Employer agrees to use reasonable efforts to instruct each of its directors and officers to, at no time during or following Employee’s employment with Employer, make any disparaging, defamatory, or untrue public comments (whether orally, in writing, through electronic media, or otherwise) regarding Employee in any respect.
Mutual Non-Disparagement. I agree that I will not make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity in any public form any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning the Company or its business, employees, customers or affiliates. I understand this provision is not meant to restrict my rights under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act. Company agrees that it will not make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity in any public form any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning you.
No Disparagement. Employee agrees not to criticize, disparage or otherwise demean in any way the Company or its affiliates or its or their products, services, technologies, strategies, officers, directors or employees. This includes, but is not limited to, directly or indirectly providing disparaging comments to the media or disseminating them electronically, such as via social media or on any website or blog.
