Nothing in this Agreement will confer or be construed as conferring on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any express or implied term of this Agreement (except that Patheon Affiliates acting as subcontractors under this Agreement may enforce [Sections 10.1 and 0]0]).

Nothing in this Agreement or any Product Agreement will confer or be construed as conferring on any third party any benefit, collateral warranties, or the right to enforce any express or implied term of this Agreement or any Product Agreement (except that Patheon Affiliates acting as subcontractors under this Agreement may enforce Sections 10.1 and 10.2). The rights of the parties to terminate, rescind or agree any variation, waiver or settlement under this Agreement are not subject to the consent of any other person.

For greater certainty, nothing in this Agreement or any Product Agreement will confer or be construed as conferring on any Third Party any benefit or the right to enforce any express or implied term of this Agreement or any Product Agreement.

No Third Party. Except as otherwise specifically stated herein, the provisions hereof are for the benefit of the Parties hereto and not for any other person.

Government or Third Party. I agree that, as directed by the Company, I will assign to a third party, including without limitation the United States, all my right, title, and interest in and to any particular Company Invention.

The terms and provisions of this Guarantee are for the benefit of the Lender and no other Person shall have any right or cause of action on account thereof. The Lender has no obligation to make any advance for the benefit of the Guarantor.

Nothing in this Agreement or any Product Agreement will confer or be construed as conferring on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any express or implied term of this Agreement or any Product Agreement (except that Patheon Affiliates acting as subcontractors under this Agreement may enforce [Sections 10.1 and 10.2]). The rights of the parties to terminate, rescind or agree any variation, waiver or settlement under this Agreement are not subject to the consent of any other person.

This Agreement is not intended for, and shall not be construed to be intended for, the benefit of any third parties and may not be relied upon or enforced by any third parties (other than successors and permitted assigns pursuant to Section 19).
