No Third Party Beneficiary. The terms and provisions of this Agreement are for the exclusive use and benefit of the General Partner and the Limited Partners and shall not inure to the benefit of any other person or entity.

No Third Party Beneficiary. The provisions of this Article 13 are solely for the benefit of Administrative Agent and Lender, and neither Borrower nor any other party shall have any rights as a third party beneficiary of any of the provisions hereof.
