No Rights to Continued Employment or Service. This Agreement shall not confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained by or in the employ or service of [[Company:Organization]] and shall not interfere in any way with the right of [[Company:Organization]] to terminate the Grantee’s employment or service at any time. Except to the extent expressly set forth in the Employment Agreement, the right of [[Company:Organization]] to terminate at will the Grantee’s employment or service at any time for any reason is specifically reserved.

No Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement confers any right on the Recipient to continue as an employee or Director of the Company or a Subsidiary or affects in any way the right of any of the Company or a Subsidiary to terminate any such relationship of the Recipient.

No Continued Employment. No participant under the Plan shall have any right, because of his or her participation, to continue in the employ of the Company

Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan or in any Award granted pursuant to the Plan, nor any action taken by the Committee hereunder, shall confer upon any Participant any right with respect to continuation of employment or service as an employee, consultant, advisor or outside director of the Corporation or a Subsidiary nor interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation or a Subsidiary to terminate such person’s employment or service at any time with or without cause.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time.

No Rights to Grants or Continued Employment. The Grantee acknowledges that the award granted under this Agreement is not an employment right, and is being granted at the sole discretion of the Committee. The Grantee shall not have any claim or right to receive grants of awards under the Plan. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement, nor any action taken or omitted to be taken hereunder or thereunder, shall be deemed to create or confer on the Grantee any right to be retained as an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary thereof, or to interfere with or to limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary thereof to terminate the employment of the Grantee at any time.

In no event will the granting of the Award or its acceptance by Holder, or any provision of this Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time for any reason.

No Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing in this Agreement or any action taken or omitted to be taken hereunder shall be deemed to create or confer on Participant any right to continued employment with the Company or any Subsidiary or other affiliate thereof, or to interfere with or to limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary or other affiliate thereof to terminate the employment of Participant at any time.

No Rights to Continued Employment. Neither this Plan nor the grant of any option hereunder will confer any right on any employee to remain in the employ of the Company or any Participating Corporation, or restrict the right of the Company or any Participating Corporation to terminate such employee’s employment.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time.
