No Rights as a Shareholder. Participant shall have no rights whatsoever as a shareholder in respect of any Shares (including any rights to receive dividends or other distributions from or on the Shares) other than in respect of Shares (if any) distributed to Participant in satisfaction of Participant’s vested RSUs in accordance with and in the manner provided for in this Agreement.

No Grantee (or other person potentially having rights pursuant to an Award) will have any of the rights of a shareholder of CIT with respect to Shares subject to an Award until the delivery of such Shares (or in the case of an Award of restricted or unrestricted Shares, the grant or registration in the name of the Grantee of such Shares pursuant to the applicable Award Agreement, but then only as the Committee may include in the applicable Award Agreement). Except as otherwise provided in [Section 1.6.4] or pursuant to the applicable Award Agreement, no adjustments will be made for dividends, distributions or other rights (whether ordinary or extraordinary, and whether in cash, Common Stock, other securities or other property) for which the record date is before the date the Shares are delivered.

No Shareholder Rights. No Participant shall be deemed to be the holder of, or to have any of the rights of a holder with respect to, any shares of Company Stock subject to an Award unless otherwise stated herein or until such Participation has satisfied all requirements under the terms of the Award.

No Shareholder Rights. Except as provided in this Warrant, the Holder will not have any rights as a shareholder of the Company until the exercise of this Warrant.

No Shareholder Rights. Neither you nor any other person in the event of your death prior to settlement of Vested PSUs will have any rights of a shareholder with respect to the PSUs unless and until the date of issuance of any Shares issuable upon settlement of Vested PSUs.

No Participant (or other person claiming through such Participant) shall, solely by reason of the Plan or any rights granted pursuant thereto, or by the fact that there are payroll deductions credited to a Participant's notional account sufficient to purchase Shares, have any rights of a shareholder of the Corporation (including without limitation any right to receive dividends or other distributions paid with respect to Shares) unless and until Shares have been deposited or delivered to such Participant in the manner provided in Section 8.

No Shareholder Rights. The Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant to this Agreement do not and shall not entitle Participant to any rights of a shareholder of Common Stock. The rights of Participant with respect to the Restricted Stock Units shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Restricted Stock Units lapse, in accordance with Section 3 hereof.

No Shareholder Rights. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan or an Award Agreement, no Participant shall be deemed to be the holder of, or to have any of the rights of a holder with respect to, any Shares subject to such Award unless and until such Shares are issued to the Participant.

No Shareholder Rights. The Units subject to this Award do not entitle you to any rights of a holder of the Company’s common stock. You will not have any of the rights of a shareholder of the Company in connection with the grant of Units subject to this Agreement unless and until Shares are issued to you upon settlement of the Units as provided in Section 6.

No Shareholder Rights. No shares of Company Stock shall be issued to the Grantee on the Date of Grant, and the Grantee shall not be, nor have any of the rights or privileges of, a shareholder of the Company with respect to any Performance Units.
