No Right to Employment contract clause examples

No Right to Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Participant any right to be retained, in any position, as an employee, consultant, or director of the Company or its Affiliates or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company or its Affiliates, which are hereby expressly reserved, to remove, terminate or discharge the Participant with or without cause at any time for any reason whatsoever. Although over the course of employment terms and conditions of employment may change, the at-will term of employment of the Participant will not change.

No Right to Employment. The Plan does not constitute a contract of employment, and participation in the Plan does not give any Eligible Employee or Participant the right to be retained in the employ of the Corporation, a Designated Subsidiary or any other subsidiary of the Corporation, nor give any person a right or claim to any benefit under the Plan, unless such right or claim has specifically accrued under the terms of the Plan.

No Right to Employment. The grant of an Award under the 2021 Cash Incentive Program shall not be construed as giving a Participant the right to be retained in the employ of the Company.

No Right to Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon Recipient any right to be employed by the Company or to continue to provide services to the Company or to interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate Recipient’s services at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

No Right to Employment. The grant of an Incentive Award shall not be construed as giving a Participant the right to be retained in the employ or directorship of the Company or any Subsidiary. The Company or any Subsidiary may at any time dismiss a Participant from employment and a directorship may be terminated consistent with the Company’s articles of incorporation and bylaws, free from any liability or any claim under the Plan, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Plan or in any written agreement with a Participant.

In no way does participation in the Profit Improvement Bonus Plan create a contract or a right of employment.

No Right to Employment. Nothing contained herein, in the Plan, or in any prospectus shall confer upon the Participant any rights to continued employment or employment in any particular position, at any specific rate of compensation, or for any particular period of time.

No Right to Employment. The issuance of an Award shall not confer upon a Participant any right with respect to continued employment or service with the Company or any Affiliate, or the right to continue as a Director.

No Right to Employment. Nothing in this Plan or any agreement entered into pursuant to it shall confer upon any Key Executive the right to continue in the employment of the Company or any Subsidiary or affect any right which the Company or any Subsidiary may have to terminate the employment of such Key Executive.

No Right to Employment. The grant of a bonus award under the 2022 Cash Incentive Program shall not be construed as giving a Participant the right to be retained in the employ of the Company.
