No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service at any time, with or without Cause.

Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue as a Service Provider of the Company, the Manager or any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company or the Manager, or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company, the Manager or any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company or the Manager, which rights are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge the Participant at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Service. The grant of an Award shall not be construed as giving the Participant the right to be retained in the employ of, or to continue to provide services to, the Company or any of its Affiliates. The receipt of any Award under the Plan is not intended to confer any rights on the receiving Participant except as set forth in the applicable Agreement.

No Right to Continued Service. Nothing in this Award Certificate shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate Grantee’s employment or service at any time, nor confer upon Grantee any right to continue in employment or service of the Company or any Subsidiary.
