NO RECORDING. Neither this Lease, any short form of this Lease nor any instrument which makes any reference to this Lease may be recorded by Tenant or Landlord in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for the County of Henrico, Virginia. Any such recording shall constitute a default hereunder.

No Recording. Neither this Agreement nor any memorandum or short form thereof may be recorded by Buyer.

Recording. Each Party shall, if requested to do so by the other, promptly enter into confirmatory license agreements in the form or substantially the form reasonably requested by the requesting Party for purposes of recording the licenses granted under this Agreement with such patent offices in the Territory as the requesting Party reasonably considers appropriate.

Recording. Tenant will not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant will, upon request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord a short form or memorandum of this Lease for recording purposes.

RECORDING. Tenant shall not record this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant, upon the request of Landlord, shall execute and acknowledge a “short form” memorandum of this Lease for recording purposes.

No Recording. Neither this Agreement nor any memorandum or short form thereof may be recorded by Buyer.

No Recording. Neither this Lease nor any memorandum thereof shall be recorded by or on behalf of Tenant in any real property records or other public records without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion.

No Recording. Neither this Agreement nor any memorandum or short form thereof may be recorded by Buyer.

RECORDING. Buyer may record this Agreement, or notice of it, in the appropriate county or counties.

Recording. If Vertex deems it necessary or desirable to register or record this Agreement or evidence of this Agreement with any patent office or other appropriate Governmental Authority in one or more jurisdictions in the Territory, CRISPR will reasonably cooperate to execute and deliver to Vertex any documents accurately reflecting or evidencing this Agreement that are necessary or desirable, in Vertex’s reasonable judgment, to complete such registration or recordation. Vertex will reimburse CRISPR for all reasonable Out-of-Pocket Costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by CRISPR in complying with the provisions of this [Section 7.13].
