This Agreement supersedes any and all prior Agreements or understandings between the parties, including letters of intent or understanding, except for those documents specifically referred to within this Agreement.

This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, communications, negotiations and understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and arrangements with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and fully supersedes any and all prior arrangements, understandings, or agreements between the parties hereto, pertaining to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and fully supersedes any and all prior negotiations, agreements or understandings between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement, except as specifically provided herein. This Agreement may not be modified or amended by the parties except by a written agreement signed by both of the parties hereto evidencing a clear intent by both parties to modify and/or amend this Agreement.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations, written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and fully supersedes any and all prior negotiations, agreements or understandings between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement, except as stated herein. This Agreement may not be modified or amended by the parties except by a written agreement signed by both of the parties hereto evidencing a clear intent by both parties to modify and/or amend this Agreement.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the matters contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings relating thereto.

This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between the parties hereto relating to the subject-matter hereof, and sets forth the entire, complete and exclusive agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof; no party has relied on any representation, arrangement, understanding or agreement (whether written or oral) not expressly set out or referred to in this Agreement.
