Option Price. The Option Price per share of Common Stock purchasable under an Option shall be determined by the Committee at the time of grant but shall be not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of one (1) share of Common Stock on the Award Date.
Option Price. The Option Price per Share shall be determined by the Committee, but shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date an Option is granted.
Option Price. The Option price per share of Common Stock shall be set forth in the Notification, but shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value per share as of the Date of Grant.
Option Price. The purchase price per share at which a share of Common Stock will be sold in any Offering Period shall be ninety-five percent (95%) of the fair market value of the Common Stock on the Purchase Date as defined in Section 8 below (the “Option Price”).
The price per share of Common Stock purchased on the exercise of an Option shall be determined by the Committee on the date of grant, but shall not be less than the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date the Option is granted. However, if at the time of grant of an Option that is intended to be an Incentive Stock Option, the Participant is a Ten Percent Shareholder, the price per share of Common Stock purchased on the exercise of such Option shall not be less than 110% of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date the Option is granted.
Option Price. The Option Price for each grant of an Option shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion and shall be specified in the Award Agreement evidencing such Option; provided, however, the Option Price must be at least equal to 100% of the Fair Market Value of a Share as of the Option’s Grant Date, subject to adjustment as provided for under Section 4.5.
Option Exercise Price. The Option Exercise Price per share of Stock purchasable under a Stock Option shall be determined by the Committee at the time of grant and shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date of grant.
Option Price. The option price per each Share purchasable under any Option granted pursuant to this Article 4 shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of such Share on the Grant Date. Other than pursuant to Section 8.2 hereof, the Committee shall not without the approval of the Company’s stockholders # lower the option price per Share of an Option after it is granted, # cancel an Option when the option price per Share exceeds the Fair Market Value of the underlying Shares in exchange for another Award, or # take any other action with respect to an Option that may be treated as a repricing under the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange (or such other principal securities market on which the Shares are traded).
The Option Price of each Option shall be fixed by the Committee and stated in the Award Agreement evidencing such Option. Except in the case of Substitute Awards, the Option Price of each Option shall be at least the Fair Market Value of one (1) share of Stock on the Grant Date; provided that in the event that a Grantee is a Ten Percent Shareholder, the Option Price of an Option granted to such Grantee that is intended to be an Incentive Stock Option shall be not less than one hundred ten percent (110%) of the Fair Market Value of one (1) share of Stock on the Grant Date. In no case shall the Option Price of any Option be less than the par value of a share of Stock.
Option Price. Other than in connection with Substitute Awards, the option price per each Share purchasable under any Option granted pursuant to this Article shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date of grant of such Option. Other than pursuant to [Section 12.2], the Committee shall not without the approval of the Company’s stockholders # lower the option price per Share of an Option after it is granted, # cancel an Option in exchange for cash or another Award (other than in connection with Substitute Awards), or # take any other action with respect to an Option that would be treated as a repricing under the rules and regulations of the principal securities exchange on which the Shares are traded.
