Entered into any partnership, joint venture or similar relationship in which an equity interest of another Person was acquired;

"Joint Ventures" means those joint venture or partnership arrangements in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a co-venturer or general partner established to acquire or hold Assets.

"Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, unincorporated association, or other entity, or a government or department of agency thereof.
