No Other Severance. Except as otherwise approved by the Board, the provisions of this Section 6 shall supersede in their entirety any severance payment provisions in any severance plan, policy, program, or other arrangement maintained by the Company, including without limitation, the Offer Letter.

No Other Severance. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that, other than the severance payments described in this Section 7, upon termination, Executive shall not be entitled to any other severance under any Company benefit plan or severance policy generally available to ​’s employees or otherwise.

No Severance. In the event Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company at any time for Cause, or Employee terminates his employment without Good Reason, or the parties mutually terminate their employment relationship, Employee will not be entitled to any Severance Benefits, pay in lieu of notice, or any other severance, compensation, benefits, equity, acceleration, or any other amounts, with the exception of any benefit to which Employee has a vested right under a written benefit plan.

Other Severance Benefits. Employee will be entitled to the continued tax equalization benefits that constitute part of the Severance Benefits, as specified in the Offer Letter.

Severance. NWL shall pay to the Executive in a single lump sum, within 10 business days following the date of the employment termination, an amount equal to three times the sum of the Executive’s annual base salary plus his target bonus.

Severance. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 1 of this Agreement (exclusive of a termination after a change in control where severance is governed by the provisions contained in Section 13 herein and exclusive of termination pursuant to Section 5, where material breach is committed by the Employee), the Employee shall receive severance pay for a period of one (1) year following termination of employment. Severance will be paid in accordance with normal and customary payroll practices of the Employer. The aggregate severance will be equal to the Employee's then current, annual base compensation.

Severance. No severance will be due under this Agreement. However, Employee will be eligible for statutory benefits under Florida labor law, if any.

Severance. If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

Severance. If Employee’s employment is terminated either by the Company without Cause (as defined above) (and not for death or Disability), or by Employee pursuant to [Section 4(c)] above, then, subject to their execution and non-revocation of a reasonable and customary general release of claims in favor of the Company and its affiliates, Employee shall be entitled to receive the following:

Severance. During the Extension Period, the Executive shall continue to be a participant in the Company’s Amended and Restated Change in Control / Severance Plan (the “CICSP”) on the terms and conditions set forth in [Section 4(a)(iv)] of the Employment Agreement. The termination of the Executive’s employment at the end of the Extension Period would constitute a “Qualifying Termination” under the CICSP, which will entitle the Executive to receive # a severance payment equal to the sum of # the Executive’s then-current annual salary and # the full amount of the Executive’s target annual bonus under the Amended and Restated Annual Executive Incentive Compensation Plan and # the other benefits specified by [Section 4.1] of the CICSP.
