Duties. You shall devote your entire business time, attention and energies to the business of the Company during your employment with the Company. You shall be Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and you shall perform all duties reasonable and consistent with such office, to include responsibility for Corporate Development and Strategy, as may be assigned to you from time to time by the President and Chief Executive Officer, or other individual designated by the President and Chief Executive Officer.

You shall be Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company,date hereof and you shall perform all duties reasonablesuch other responsibilities, duties, and consistent with such office, to include responsibility for Corporate Development and Strategy,authority as may be assigned to you from time to time by the President and Chief Executive Officer, or other individual designated by the PresidentOfficer may reasonably designate and Chief Executive Officer.are customarily associated with this position.

In addition, Employee shall have such other duties and hold such other offices as may from time to time be reasonably assigned to him by Employer’s Chief Executive Officer and consistent with the office of Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer,Financial Officer. These services shall be provided from offices located in Oak Brook, Illinois, or such other individual designated by the President and Chief Executive Officer.location as may be mutually agreed.
