No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers or the Co-Managers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners or Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Multicurrency Administrative Agent a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the “Bookrunners”, “Arrangers” or “Lead Arrangers” that may be listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the agents or arrangers, if any, listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Bank hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers are parties to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents or have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents in their capacity as such, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.
