No Obligation to Continue as a Director. Neither the Plan nor this Stock Option confers upon the Optionee any rights with respect to continuance as a Director.
No Obligation to Continue Employment. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is obligated by or as a result of this Agreement to continue the Optionee’s employment and this Agreement shall not interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the employment of the Optionee at any time.
No Obligation to Continue Employment. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is obligated by or as a result of the Plan or this Stock Appreciation Right to continue the Grantee in employment and neither the Plan nor this Stock Appreciation Right shall interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the employment of the Grantee at any time.
No Right to Continue as a Director. Nothing contained in this Plan will confer upon any Participant any right to continue to serve as a Director.
No Obligation. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company shall have no obligation to continue or maintain any Employee Welfare Benefit Plan for any other employees solely as a result of the provisions of this Agreement.
No Obligation. This [Subsection 4.4(l)] shall not # require the Borrowers to undertake any prepayment pursuant to this [Subsection 4.4(l) or (ii)])] limit or restrict the Borrowers from making voluntary prepayments of the Term Loans in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement.
No Obligation. Neither party to this Agreement shall be required to enter into any Transaction with the other.
No Obligation. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, any Option Document, any Stock Appreciation Right Agreement, or terms of any Stock Award or Restricted Stock Unit the Company, any Affiliate, the Board, or any of their employees or agents, # shall have no obligation to take any action to prevent the assessment of any additional income tax, excise tax or penalty on any Recipient because of Code [Section 409A] and # shall have no such liability to any Recipient for any such taxes or penalty.
No Obligation. Nothing herein shall obligate either party to proceed with any transaction between them, and each party reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the discussions contemplated by this Agreement concerning the business opportunity.
No Obligation to Continue Employment or Other Service Relationship. Neither the Company nor any Related Company is obligated by or as a result of the Plan, or this Agreement to continue to have the Grantee provide services to it or to continue the Grantee in employment and neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate its service relationship with the Grantee or the employment of the Grantee at any time.
