No Shareholder Rights. The Units subject to this Award do not entitle you to any rights of a shareholder of the Company, including with respect to dividends or dividend equivalents. You will not have any of the rights of a shareholder of the Company in connection with the grant of Units subject to this Agreement unless and until Shares are issued to you upon settlement of the Units as provided in Section 5.

No Stockholder Rights. Except as set forth in the Plan, neither you nor any person claiming under or through you shall be, or have any of the rights or privileges of, a stockholder of the Company (e.g., you have no right to vote or receive dividends) in respect of the Shares issuable pursuant to this Award unless and until your Shares shall have been issued.

No Stockholder Rights. Without limiting any provision of this Warrant, Holder agrees that as a Holder of this Warrant it will not have any rights (including, but not limited to, voting rights) as a stockholder of the Company with respect to the Shares issuable hereunder unless and until the exercise of this Warrant and then only with respect to the Shares issued on such exercise.

PARSUs represent hypothetical Shares. Until Shares are delivered to the Employee pursuant to the terms of this Grant Agreement, the Employee shall not be entitled to any of the rights or benefits generally accorded to stockholders, including, without limitation, the receipt of dividends.

No Air Rights. No rights to any view or to light or air over any property, whether belonging to ​ or any other person, are granted to ​ by this Lease. If at any time any windows of the Premises are temporarily darkened or the light or view therefrom is obstructed by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Project, the same shall be without liability to ​ and without any reduction or diminution of ​’s obligations under this Lease.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Certificate will confer upon You any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Affiliate or affect the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate Your employment at any time with or without cause.

No Acquired Rights. In participating in the Plan, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that the Board has the power to amend or terminate the Plan, to the extent permitted thereunder, at any time and that the opportunity given to the Participant to participate in the Plan is entirely at the discretion of the Board and does not obligate the Company or any of its Affiliates to offer such participation in the future (whether on the same or different terms).

No Voting Rights. The holders of Deferred Stock Units shall have no rights as stockholders of the Company.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement, the Plan or the Award Letter shall confer upon the [[Team Member:Person]] any right to continued Service with the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, nor shall it interfere with or limit in any way any right of the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, to terminate the [[Team Member:Person]]’s Service at any time with or without Cause or change the [[Team Member:Person]]’s compensation, other benefits, job responsibilities or title provided in compliance with applicable local laws and permitted under the terms of the [[Team Member:Person]]’s service contract, if any.

No Employment Rights. The grant of the Award described in this Grant Agreement does not give the Grantee any rights in respect of employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.
