No Employment Rights Created. Neither the establishment nor participation in the Plan gives any employee a right to continued employment or limits the right of the Company to discharge, transfer, demote or modify the terms and conditions of employment or otherwise deal with any employee without regard to the effect such action might have on his or her with respect to the Plan.

No Employment Rights Conferred. The establishment of the Plan shall not be construed as conferring any rights upon any Eligible Employee for continuation of employment, nor shall it be construed as limiting in any way the right of the Company to discharge any Eligible Employee or treat him without regard to the effect which such treatment might have upon him under the Plan.

All employees will remain subject to discharge to the same extent as if the Plan had never been adopted, and may be treated without regard to the effect such treatment might have upon them under the Plan.

Plan Creates No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Plan shall confer upon any Participant the right to continue in the employ of the Company for the Performance Period or thereafter or affect any right which the Company may have to terminate such employment.

No Rights to Employment. Nothing in this Plan confers upon a participant any right to continue in the employment of the Company, or to interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the participant’s employment relationship with the Company at any time.

Plan Creates No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Plan shall be interpreted as giving any Employee the right to be retained as an Employee by an Employer, or as limiting or affecting the rights of an Employer to control its Employees or to terminate the Service of any Employee at any time and for any reason, subject to any applicable employment or collective bargaining agreements.
