Nothing in the Plan or participation in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant the right to be employed by the Company or an Affiliate or to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, nor shall anything in the Plan, or participation in the Plan amend, alter or otherwise affect any rights or terms of employment or other benefits arising from that employment.

Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in any related instrument shall confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, to continue service as a director or consultant for the Company or an Affiliate, or shall affect the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate the employment or services of any Participant with or without cause.

Right to Terminate Employment or Service. Nothing in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant the right to continue in the employment or service of the Company or any Affiliate or affect any right which the Company or any Affiliate may have to terminate employment of the Participant.

EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participant's employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company.

Nothing contained in the Plan shall be construed to confer upon any participant the right to continued employment or alter the company’s right to terminate his/her employment at any time.

Employment. Nothing in the Plan will interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company (as defined in federal securities laws) to terminate any Participant’s employment or service at any time or confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Affiliate.

Employment. Nothing under the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or its subsidiaries or in any way affect the Company's right to terminate Participant's employment without prior notice at any time for any or no reason (subject to the terms of any employment agreement between the Participant and the Company or a subsidiary).

Neither the adoption of the Plan, nor its operation, nor any document describing, implementing or referring to the Plan, or any part thereof, shall confer upon any Participant under the Plan any right to continue in the employ, or as a director, of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate, or shall in any way affect the right and power of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate to terminate the employment, or service as a director, or change the job title, duties, authority, position or compensation of any Participant in the Plan at any time with or without assigning a reason therefor, to the same extent as the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate might have done if the Plan had not been adopted.

This Plan will not confer upon any Participant any right with respect to continuance of employment or other service with the Company or any Subsidiary, nor will it interfere in any way with any right the Company or any Subsidiary would otherwise have to terminate such Participant’s employment or other service at any time.

Nothing in the Plan shall prevent a participant from being included in any other employee benefit or stock option or purchase plan of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, or from receiving any compensation provided by them. Neither the Plan nor any action taken thereunder shall be understood as giving any person any right to be retained in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate, nor shall any person (including persons participating for a prior year) be entitled as of right to be selected as a participant in the Plan for any year.
