No Employment Rights. The Plan and this Agreement are not employment or service contracts, and will not be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on Optionee’s part to continue in the employ of the Company or a Subsidiary, or of the Company or a Subsidiary to continue Optionee’s employment. In addition, nothing herein shall obligate the Company or a Subsidiary to continue any relationship that Optionee might have as a Director or consultant for the Company or a Subsidiary.
No Employment or Service Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary for any period of specific duration or interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary, which is hereby expressly reserved, to remove, terminate or discharge the Optionee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause and with or without advance notice.
5.9Not a Contract of Service Relationship. Nothing in this Option Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue to serve as an Employee, Director, Consultant or other service provider of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which rights are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge or terminate the services of the Optionee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between the Company or a Subsidiary and the Optionee.
