The Grantee has no voting rights and no rights to receive dividends or dividend equivalents or other ownership rights and privileges of a stockholder with respect to the shares of Common Stock subject to the Restricted Stock Units.
No Rights of Stock Ownership. This grant of Restricted Stock Units does not entitle the Grantee to any interest in or to any dividend, voting or other rights normally attributable to Stock ownership.
The Grantee shall not have any rights of a shareholder with respect to the shares of Common Stock underlying the Restricted Stock Units unless and until the Restricted Stock Units vest and are settled by the issuance of such shares of Common Stock.
