No Harmful Actions. If a Party reasonably believes that the other Party is taking or intends to take any action with respect to a Product that could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse impact upon the regulatory status of such Product in such Party’s territory, then such Party may bring the matter to the attention of the CGB and the Parties shall discuss in good faith to promptly resolve such concern.
