No Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Award Agreement or in the Plan, nor any action taken by the Corporation or the Committee, shall confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuation of Grantee’s employment or other service to the Corporation or any Subsidiary, nor interfere in any way with the right of the Corporation or any Subsidiary to terminate Grantee’s employment or other service at any time, and if Grantee is an employee, the Grantee’s employment is and shall remain employment at will, except as otherwise specifically provided by law or in an employment agreement between the Grantee and the Corporation.
No Guarantee of Employment. This Agreement is not an employment policy or contract. It does not give the Executive the right to remain an Executive of the Bank, nor does it interfere with the Bank's right to discharge the Executive. It also does not require the Executive to remain an Executive nor interfere with the Executive's right to terminate employment at any time.
No Guarantee of Employment. Participation in the Plan does not constitute a guarantee or contract of employment with any Participating Employer. Such participation shall in no way interfere with any rights Participating Employers would have in the absence of such participation to determine the duration of the employee’s employment.

Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participant’s employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company. No individual shall have a right to be selected as a Participant, or, having been so selected, to receive any future Awards.
No Guarantee of Employment or Fixed Compensation. This Agreement is not a guarantee of employment or a guarantee of compensation for the Term. Your employment will be on an “at-will” basis, meaning that you and the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason during the Term, with or without prior notice, subject to the provisions of this Agreement (including Exhibit A and Exhibit B).
