fraud, material dishonesty, or gross misconduct in connection with the Company perpetrated by Employee;

Any act of theft, fraud or embezzlement, or any other willful misconduct or materially dishonest behavior by Employee;

fraud, misappropriation, or embezzlement by Employee;

the Employee engages in any fraud, misrepresentation, theft, embezzlement or misappropriation with respect to the Company, or its properties, funds or businesses;

Employee’s dishonesty, illegal conduct, or gross misconduct, which is, in each case, injurious to the Company or its affiliates or subsidiaries;
