Employee commits any act or acts of fraud, misappropriation or dishonesty;

the Employee engages in any fraud, misrepresentation, theft, embezzlement or misappropriation with respect to the Company, or its properties, funds or businesses;

Any act of theft, fraud or embezzlement, or any other willful misconduct or materially dishonest behavior by Employee;

Employee commits such acts of dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation, gross negligence or willful misconduct which results in material harm to the Company or its business; or

An Eligible Employee’s commission of any act or acts involving dishonesty, fraud, illegality, or moral turpitude;
