No Enlargement of Rights. No Participant or Beneficiary shall have any right to receive a distribution under the Plan except in accordance with the terms of the Plan. Establishment of the Plan shall not be construed to give any Participant the right to continue to be employed by or provide services to HP.

No Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant to the Consultant any express or implied option, license or other rights, title or interest in or to the Confidential Information of the Developments, or obligate either party to enter into any agreement granting any such right. If the Consultant acquires any right, title or interest in any Confidential Information or any Developments, the Consultant hereby irrevocably assigns all such rights, title and interests exclusively to the Company.

No Stockholder Rights. Unless and until such time as Shares are issued in settlement of vested RSUs, Participant shall have no ownership of the Shares allocated to the RSUs and shall have no right to dividends or to vote such Shares.

No Stockholder Rights. The Units subject to this Award do not entitle you to any rights of a holder of the Company’s Stock. You will not have any of the rights of a stockholder of the Company in connection with the grant of Units subject to this Agreement unless and until Shares are issued to you in settlement of the Units as provided in Section 5.

No Transfer Rights. Restricted Stock Units may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise disposed of in any manner other than by will or by the laws of decent and distribution or court order or unless otherwise permitted by the Committee on a case-by-case basis.

No Air Rights. No rights to any view or to light or air over any property, whether belonging to Landlord or any other person, are granted to Tenant by this Lease. If at any time any windows of the Premises are temporarily darkened or the light or view therefrom is obstructed by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Project, the same shall be without liability to Landlord and without any reduction or diminution of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

No Stockholder Rights. Neither a Participant nor any transferee of a Participant shall have any rights as a stockholder of the Company with respect to any Shares underlying any Award until the date of issuance of a share certificate to a Participant or a transferee of a Participant for such Shares in accordance with the Company’s governing instruments and Applicable Law. Prior to the issuance of Shares pursuant to an Award, a Participant shall not have the right to vote or to receive dividends or any other rights as a stockholder with respect to the Shares underlying the Award, notwithstanding its exercise in the case of Options and SARs. No adjustment will be made for a dividend or other right that is determined based on a record date prior to the date the stock certificate is issued, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Plan.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Certificate will confer upon You any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Affiliate or affect the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate Your employment at any time with or without cause.

No Employment Rights. The grant of the Award described in this Grant Agreement does not give the Grantee any rights in respect of employment with the Company or any Affiliate.

No Implied Rights. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, neither Party shall be deemed to have granted the other Party (by implication, estoppels or otherwise) any right, title, license or other interest in or with respect to any Intellectual Property Rights or information Controlled by such Party.
