No Employment or Service Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary for any period of specific duration or interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary, which is hereby expressly reserved, to remove, terminate or discharge the Grantee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without Cause and with or without advance notice.

Nothing in the Grant Summary, this Agreement shall confer upon Participant any right to continue in Service for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary employing or retaining Participant) or of Participant, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate Participant’s Service at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

No Service Contract. The adoption and maintenance of this Plan shall not be deemed to confer on any Outside Director any right to continue in the service of the Company, and shall not be deemed to interfere with the right of the Company to terminate the service of any Outside Director.

No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in these Award Terms will # confer upon the Participant any right to be employed by or remain employed by the Company or any Related Company, or # limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company or any Related Company to terminate the employment or adjust the compensation of the Participant.

No Employment Contract. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon a Participant the right to continue in the employ of the Company or any of its affiliates in any capacity.

No Implied Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to impose any obligation on the Company or you to renew this Agreement or any portion hereof or on the Company to establish or maintain any benefit, welfare or compensation plan or program or to prevent the modification or termination of any benefit, welfare or compensation plan or program or any action or inaction with respect to any such benefit, welfare or compensation plan or program. The parties intend to be bound only upon full execution of a written agreement by both parties and no negotiation, exchange of draft, partial performance or tender of an agreement (including any extension or renewal of this Agreement) executed by one party shall be deemed to imply an agreement or the renewal or extension of any agreement relating to your employment with the Company. Neither the continuation of employment nor any other conduct shall be deemed to imply a continuing agreement upon the expiration of the Contract Period.

Nothing in the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in Service for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Corporation (or any Parent or Subsidiary employing or retaining such person) or of the Participant, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate such person's Service at any time for any reason, with or without cause.

Not an Employment Contract. The adoption and maintenance of this Plan shall not be deemed to confer on any participant any right to continue in the employ of the Employer, and shall not be deemed to interfere with the right of the Employer to discharge any person, with or without cause, or treat any person without regard to the effect that such treatment might have on the person as a Plan participant.

Employment and Service. The issuance of an Award shall not confer upon a Participant any right with respect to continued employment or service with the Company or any Affiliate, or the right to continue as a Director. Unless determined otherwise by the Administrator, for purposes of the Plan and all Awards, the following rules shall apply:

Nothing in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the vesting of your Award or the issuance of the shares in respect of your Award), the Plan or any covenant of good faith and fair dealing that may be found implicit in this Agreement or the Plan shall: # confer upon you any right to continue in the employ or service of, or affiliation with, the Company or an Affiliate; # constitute any promise or commitment by the Company or an Affiliate regarding the fact or nature of future positions, future work assignments, future compensation or any other term or condition of employment or affiliation; # confer any right or benefit under this Agreement or the Plan unless such right or benefit has specifically accrued under the terms of this Agreement or Plan; or # deprive the Company of the right to terminate you at will and without regard to any future vesting opportunity that you may have.
