No Employment or Other Rights. The grant of the Option shall not confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained by or in the service of the Company and shall not interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Service at any time. The right of the Company to terminate at will the Grantee’s Service at any time for any reason is specifically reserved.

No Employment Rights. The Plan shall not confer upon any Participant any right to continue an employment, service or consulting relationship with the Company, nor shall it affect in any way a Participant’s right or the Company’s right to terminate the Participant’s employment, service, or consulting relationship at any time, with or without Cause.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Certificate will confer upon You any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Affiliate or affect the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate Your employment at any time with or without cause.

No Employment Rights. The grant of the Award described in this Grant Agreement does not give the Grantee any rights in respect of employment with the Company or any Affiliate.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement, the Plan or the Award Letter shall confer upon the [[Team Member:Person]] any right to continued Service with the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, nor shall it interfere with or limit in any way any right of the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, to terminate the [[Team Member:Person]]’s Service at any time with or without Cause or change the [[Team Member:Person]]’s compensation, other benefits, job responsibilities or title provided in compliance with applicable local laws and permitted under the terms of the [[Team Member:Person]]’s service contract, if any.

No Conflict; No Other Employment. During the period of [[Mr. Roberts:Person]]' employment with the Company, [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] shall not: # engage in any activity which conflicts or interferes with or derogates from the performance of [[Mr. Roberts:Person]]' duties hereunder nor shall [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] engage in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain or profit and including service as a director of any other company, except as approved in advance in writing by the Company (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld); provided, however, that [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] shall be entitled to manage his personal investments and otherwise attend to personal affairs, including charitable, social and political activities, in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with his responsibilities hereunder, or # engage in any other employment, whether as an employee or consultant or in any other capacity, and whether or not compensated therefor. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Company acknowledges and agrees that # [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] has engaged and intends to continue to engage in certain other business transactions, subject to the approval of the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors as appropriate and # employment or other service to SGI to the extent and as permitted under Section 2(b) will not contravene this Section 6(a).

No Conflict; No Other Employment. During the period of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall not: # engage in any activity which conflicts or interferes with or derogates from the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder nor shall Executive engage in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain or profit, except as approved in advance in writing by the Company; provided, however, that Executive shall be entitled to manage his personal investments and otherwise attend to personal affairs, including charitable, social and political activities in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with his responsibilities hereunder, or # accept or engage in any other employment, whether as an employee or consultant or in any other capacity, and whether or not compensated therefor.

No Special Employment Rights. Nothing contained in this Grant shall confer upon the Participant any rights with respect to the continuation of the Participant’s employment by the Company or interfere in any way with the rights of the Company, subject to the terms of any separate employment agreement to the contrary, at any time to terminate such employment or to increase or decrease the compensation of the Participant from the rate in existence at the time of this Grant. Whether an authorized leave of absence, or absence in military or government service, shall constitute Termination of employment shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company at the time.

No Rights to Employment. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the grant of the PSUs and their vesting pursuant to Section 2 do not constitute an express or implied promise of continued employment for the vesting period, or for any period.

No Special Employment Rights. Nothing contained in the Plan or in any Option Agreement or Restricted Stock Agreement shall confer upon any optionee or holder of Restricted Stock any right with respect to the continuation of his or her employment by the Company or interfere in any way with the right of the Company at any time to terminate such employment or to increase or decrease his or her compensation.
