No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in these Award Terms will # confer upon the Participant any right to be employed by or remain employed by the Company or any Related Company, or # limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company or any Related Company to terminate the employment or adjust the compensation of the Participant.

No Employment Contract. The Participant acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract for employment for any period of time.

No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in this Notice shall confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company and its subsidiaries, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company and its subsidiaries to terminate Grantee’s employment or adjust Grantee’s compensation.

No Employment Contract. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon a Participant the right to continue in the employ of the Company or any of its affiliates in any capacity.

No Employment Contract. The Plan is not and is not intended to be an employment contract with respect to any of the Executives, and the Company's rights to continue or to terminate the employment relationship of any Executive will not be affected by the Plan.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement, the Plan or the Award Letter shall confer upon the ​ any right to continued Service with the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, nor shall it interfere with or limit in any way any right of the Company or any Subsidiary, as applicable, to terminate the ​’s Service at any time with or without Cause or change the ​’s compensation, other benefits, job responsibilities or title provided in compliance with applicable local laws and permitted under the terms of the ​’s service contract, if any.

No Employment Rights. The grant of the Award described in this Grant Agreement does not give the Grantee any rights in respect of employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create in the Indemnitee any right to continued employment with the Company.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Certificate will confer upon You any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Subsidiary or affect the right of the Company or a Subsidiary to terminate Your employment at any time with or without cause.

No Employment Rights. The Plan shall not confer upon any Participant any right to continue an employment, service or consulting relationship with the Company, nor shall it affect in any way a Participant’s right or the Company’s right to terminate the Participant’s employment, service, or consulting relationship at any time, with or without Cause.

No Conflicting Employment. The Executive hereby agrees that, during the Period of Employment, the Executive will not engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting directly related to the business in which the Company or any of its Affiliates is now involved or becomes involved during the Period of Employment, nor will the Executive engage in any other activities that conflict with the Executive’s obligations to the Company or any of its Affiliates.

No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Recipient the right to be retained as an employee. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Recipient's service at any time, with or without cause (subject to any employment agreement between the Recipient and the Company).

No provisions of the Plan and no action taken by # Interpublic, any Employer or Subsidiary, the Board of Directors (including any committee thereof), the Administrative Committee, or # any agent or designee of Interpublic, a Subsidiary, the Board of Directors, or the Administrative Committee shall give any person any right to be retained in the employ of Interpublic or any Subsidiary. The Employer, Interpublic, and its Subsidiaries specifically reserve the right and power to dismiss or discharge any Participant at any time and for any reason, to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

No Employment Agreement. Neither the award to you of the Restricted Share Rights nor the delivery to you of this Award Agreement or any other document relating to the Restricted Share Rights will confer on you the right to continued employment with the Company or any Affiliate. You understand that your employment with the Company or any Affiliate is “at will” and nothing in this document changes, alters or modifies your “at will” status or your obligation to comply with all policies, procedures and rules of the Company, as they may be adopted or amended from time to time.

No Right to Employment. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or interfere with or restrict in any way with the right of the Company or any such Subsidiary to terminate his employment at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
