Effect on Employment. Neither the terms of this Plan nor the benefits hereunder nor the continuance thereof shall be a term of the employment of any Employee. RLI shall not be obliged to continue the Plan. The terms of this Plan shall not give any Employee the right to be retained in the service of RLI or any Affiliate.

The provisions of this Plan shall not affect the right of the Company or any subsidiary or any Participant to terminate the Participant's employment with the Company or any subsidiary.

Effect on Employment. Neither the grant of the Option, nor the issuance of Units upon exercise of the Option, give the Optionee any right to be retained in the employ of the Company or any of its Affiliates.

Effect on Employment. Neither the grant of this Award, nor the issuance of Shares upon the vesting of this Award, will give the Participant any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affect the right of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to discharge the Participant at any time, or affect any right of the Participant to terminate his or her Employment at any time.

Effect on Employment. Neither the grant of the Award, nor the issuance of Shares upon vesting of the Award, will give the Grantee any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any of its Affiliates, affect the right of the Company or any of its Affiliates to discharge or discipline such Grantee at any time, or affect any right of such Grantee to terminate his or her Employment at any time.

The provisions of this Plan shall not affect the right of the Company or any subsidiary or any Participant to terminate the Participant's employment with the Company or any subsidiary.

Effect on Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon Participant the right to continue in the employment of Approach or any Affiliate, or affect any right which Approach or any Affiliate may have to terminate the employment of Participant. This shall not be construed as any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that Approach or any Affiliate will retain Participant as an employee for any period of time or at any particular rate of compensation or other terms and conditions of employment unrelated to Performance Units.

Effect on Employment. Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereunder, and the earning and vesting provisions set forth herein do not constitute an express or implied promise of Participant’s continuing employment for any period, or at all, and will not interfere with Participant’s right or the right of the Company (or the Affiliate employing Participant) to terminate Participant’s employment at any time, with or without cause.

Effect on Employment. Neither the grant of the Stock Option, nor the issuance of Shares upon exercise of the Stock Option, will give the Participant any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affect any right of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to discharge or discipline the Participant at any time, or affect any right of the Participant to terminate his or her Employment at any time.

Effect on Employment. Neither the grant of the Award, nor the issuance of Shares upon vesting of the Award, will give the Grantee any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any of its Affiliates, affect the right of the Company or any of its Affiliates to discharge or discipline such Grantee at any time, or affect any right of such Grantee to terminate his or her Employment at any time.
