No Default. After giving effect to this Amendment, no Event of Default, Unmatured Event of Default or Servicer Default exists or shall exist.
At the time of and immediately after giving effect to this Amendment, no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.
No Default. Immediately after giving effect to this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby, no Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event shall exist.
After giving effect to this Amendment, no Default or Event of Default under the Credit Agreement will occur or be continuing.
