No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. You understand and agree that the payments specified in Section 2 above would neither be paid nor provided but for the execution (and non-revocation) of this Agreement and the complete fulfillment of the promises contained herein. You understand and agree that such payments are in lieu of any other consideration, if any, you may otherwise be entitled to as of the Termination Date under any agreement or arrangement with the Company or any Company policy.
