Brokers’ Fees. Seller has no Liability to pay any fees or commissions to any broker, finder, or agent with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for which Buyer could become liable or obligated.

Section # No Brokers or Finders. The Company has not employed any broker or finder or incurred any Liability for any brokerage or finder's fee or commissions or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, and no Person has or will have any right, interest or valid claim against or upon the Company for any such fee or commission.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder, financial advisor, investment banker or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisor’s, investment banker’s fee or commission or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of any Group Company.
