Section # No Brokers. The Company has not retained any broker or finder in connection with any of the Transactions, and has not incurred or agreed to pay, or taken any other action that would entitle any Person to receive, any brokerage fee, finder’s fee or other similar fee or commission with respect to any of the Transactions.

Section # No Brokers or Finders. The Company has not employed any broker or finder or incurred any Liability for any brokerage or finder's fee or commissions or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, and no Person has or will have any right, interest or valid claim against or upon the Company for any such fee or commission.

Section # Brokers. Such Seller has not retained any broker or finder in connection with any of the Transactions, and such Seller has not incurred or agreed to pay, or taken any other action that would entitle any Person to receive, any brokerage fee, finder’s fee or other similar fee or commission with respect to any of the Transactions.

The Seller has not, nor have any of its Affiliates, employed any broker or finder or incurred any Liability for any brokerage or finder's fee or commissions or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, and no Person has or will have any right, interest or valid claim against or upon the Seller, the Company or its or their Affiliates for any such fee or commission.

Section # No Broker. Neither party has engaged any third party as broker or finder or incurred or become obligated to pay any broker’s commission or finder’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement other than such fees and expenses for which that particular party shall be solely responsible.

Section # Brokers. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder's or other fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company.
