Neutral Reference. Employee should direct any request by a prospective employer to the AEPSC Employee Service Center (​ or 1-​ ext. 5), which is the contact for employment verifications. Such requests will be answered by providing job title, total time employed, and start and/or termination date.

Neutral Reference. ​ agrees to provide a neutral reference (providing only dates of employment and positions held) to any reference requests by parties outside ​, provided that all reference requests are directed only to The Work Number at www.theworknumber.com or 1-​. ​ is not responsible for statements or references given by any other ​ personnel.

Neutral Employment Reference. The Company shall provide a neutral employment reference to any potential employers that consider the employment of Employee and that seek information concerning the reasons for the departure of Employee. A “neutral employment reference” means that the Company will provide to any such potential employers the identity of the positions held by Employee, the dates of Employee’s employment with the Company, and the Employee’s last rate of compensation. Employee should direct any potential employers to the Company’s Human Resources Department in [[Address A:Address]], for employment references.

Resignation and Neutral Reference. The parties agree to characterize Employee’s separation as a “voluntary termination” (i.e. resignation). In the future, should a potential employer request information regarding Employee’s employment with Employer, Employee shall direct said employer to contact [[Person A:Person]]. Employer agrees that it will provide the future potential employer Employee’s dates of employment and position(s) held.

Gender Neutral. Wherever used herein, a pronoun in the masculine gender shall be considered as including the feminine gender unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Reference. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

Employer agrees to provide a neutral reference consisting of dates of employment and position held.

Incorporation by Reference. The provisions of the Plan are incorporated herein by reference. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

Incorporation by Reference. The recitals, exhibits, schedules and documents referred to in this Agreement are incorporated herein for all purposes.

Incorporation by Reference.
