#​ and any one or more ​ (including New ​) may, at any time when no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, agree that such ​ shall make, obtain or increase the amount of their Commitments by executing and delivering to the Agent an Increased Commitment Notice specifying # the amount of such increase and # the applicable Increased Commitment Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, # without the consent of the Required ​, the aggregate amount of increased Commitments obtained after the Closing Date pursuant to this paragraph shall not exceed ​ and # without the consent of the Agent, # each increase effected pursuant to this paragraph shall be in a minimum amount of at least ​ and # no more than six Increased Commitment Closing Dates may be selected by ​ after the Closing Date. No Bank shall have any obligation to participate in any increase described in this paragraph unless it agrees to do so in its sole discretion.

#The ​ and any one or more _Banks:​ (including New _Banks:​) may, with the consent of the Administrative Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), at any time when no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing,after the Closing Date, agree that such _Banks:​ shall make, obtain or increase the amount of their Commitments by executing and delivering to the Administrative Agent an Increased CommitmentFacility Activation Notice specifying # the amount of such increase and # the applicable Increased CommitmentFacility Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, # without the consent of the Required ​,​ (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), # the aggregate amount of the total Commitments may not be increased Commitments obtained after the Closing Date pursuant to this paragraph shall not exceedby an amount greater than ​ and # without the consent of the Agent,, # each increase effected pursuant to this paragraph shall be in a minimum amount of at least ​ (or approximately the Euro equivalent, as the case may be) and # no more than sixeight Increased CommitmentFacility Closing Dates may be selected by _Company:the ​ afterduring the Closing Date.term of this Agreement. No BankLender shall have any obligation to participate in any increase described in this paragraph unless it agrees in writing to do so in its sole discretion. The Administrative Agent shall promptly give notice to all ​ of any such increase.
