Personal Data. By accepting the Option, the Participant consents to the Company and its Affiliates holding and processing of data about them and their dependents (including sensitive personal data) for the purposes of administering the Plan and the disclosure of such data (even outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area) to the Company or any Affiliate by whom the Participant may be employed from time to time and to any potential purchaser of the Company or the Participant's employer or of its business, and to the advisors and administrators of the Plan including the trustees of any employee benefit trust operated by the Group from time to time. The Company hereby confirms that it shall only hold and process data in connection with the Participant that # is necessary for the performance of the Company's and/or the Participant's rights and obligations under this Option and # is necessary for the purposes of the Company's legitimate interests in connection with the operation of the Plan and shall ensure that adequate safeguards are in place before the Participant's personal data are transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

Personal Data. Participant agrees, understands and acknowledges that by signing this Agreement, Participant has given his/her voluntary and explicit consent to the Company to process personal data and/or sensitive personal data concerning the Participant, including but not limited to the information provided in this Agreement and any changes thereto, other necessary or appropriate personal and financial data relating to Participant and Participant’s Award, participation in the Plan, and the Shares acquired upon vesting of the Award. Participant also hereby gives his or her explicit and voluntary consent to the Company to transfer any such personal data and/or sensitive personal data or information outside the country or jurisdiction in which the Participant works or is employed in order for the Company to fulfill its obligations under this Award and the Plan. Participant acknowledges that the Company and any subsidiary may make such personal data available to one or more third parties selected by the Company or the Administrator who provide services to the Company relating to the Award and the Plan. Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has been informed of his or her right of access to his or her personal data by contacting the Chief Legal Officer of the Company. Participant understands and acknowledges that the transfer of the personal data is important to the administration of the Award and the Plan and that failure to consent to the transmission of such data may limit his or her participation in the Plan.

Depending on the nature of the Purchaser's interaction with Bitmain, so me examples of personal data which Bitmain may collect from the Purchaser include the Purchaser' s name and identification information, contact information such as the Purchaser 's address, email address and telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, and financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers and bank account information.

Personal Data. Within ​ days of the Effective Date, and prior to collection, use, transfer, disclosure or any other Processing of Personal Data in the performance of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into a supplemental agreement that establishes each Party’s respective obligations, including, but not limited to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “Data Processing Agreement”). Such Data Processing Agreement shall be incorporated herein by reference.
