Multiple Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts, all of which together shall constitute an original agreement. The execution by one party of any counterpart shall be sufficient execution by that party, whether or not the same counterpart has been executed by any other party.

Multiple Agreements. The terms of each Option or Award may differ from other Options or Awards granted under the Plan at the same time, or at some other time. The Committee may also grant more than one Option or Award to a given Eligible Employee during the term of the Plan, either in addition to, or in substitution for, one or more Options or Awards previously granted to that Eligible Employee. The grant of multiple Options and/or Awards may be evidenced by a single Agreement or multiple Agreements, as determined by the Committee.

Multiple Capacities. A person may serve in more than one fiduciary capacity with respect to the Plan.

Multiple Administrative Bodies. Different Committees with respect to different groups of Service Providers and/or different types of Awards may administer the Plan.

Imaging of Documents. Borrower understands and agrees that # Lender’s document retention policy may involve the imaging of executed loan documents and the destruction of the paper originals, and # the Borrower waives any right that it may have to claim that the imaged copies of the loan documents are not the originals.
