Multiple Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts, all of which together shall constitute an original agreement. The execution by one party of any counterpart shall be sufficient execution by that party, whether or not the same counterpart has been executed by any other party.

Multiple Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, and any of the parties hereto may execute this Amendment by signing any such counterpart. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., “pdf” or “tif”) format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Multiple Counterparts. This Fifth Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute together one and the same instrument. In order to facilitate the agreements contemplated by this Fifth Amendment, signatures transmitted by facsimile or via e-mail in a “PDF” format may be used in place of original signatures. Each party intends to be bound by such party’s facsimile or “PDF” format signature on this Fifth Amendment, is aware that the other parties are relying on such party’s facsimile or “PDF” format signature, and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of this Fifth Amendment based upon the form of signature.

This Fourth Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Fourth Amendment by telecopy, pdf or other electronic transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Fourth Amendment.
