Multiple Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., “pdf” or “tif”) format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.

Multiple Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each one of which will be deemed an original, but all of which will constitute one and the same instrument.

The Committee may also grant more than one Award to a given Eligible Individual during the term of the Plan, either in addition to or, subject to Section 3.7, in substitution for one or more Awards previously granted to that Eligible Individual.

For the purpose of facilitating the execution of this Amendment as herein provided and for other purposes, this Amendment may be executed simultaneously in any number of counterparts, each of which counterparts shall be deemed to be an original, and such counterparts shall constitute and be one and the same instrument. Signatures delivered by facsimile or PDF shall have the same legal effect as originals.

Multiple Roles. If a Non-Employee Director serves in more than one of the roles noted in Section 2(b), he/she shall be entitled to receive compensation for each role.
