"Governmental Authority" means, with respect to any Person, any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, any central bank (or similar monetary or regulatory authority) thereof, any body or entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government and any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such Person.

“Governmental Authority"Authority” means, with respect to any Person, any nation or government, any stateState or other political subdivision thereof, any central bank (or similar monetary or regulatory authority) thereof, any body or entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to governmentgovernment, any bank examiner, any central bank or comparable agency and any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such Person.

“Governmental Authority" means, with respect toAuthority” shall mean any Person, any nationnational or federal government, any statestate, regional, local or other political subdivision thereof,thereof with jurisdiction and any central bank (or similar monetary or regulatory authority) thereof, any body or entityPerson with jurisdiction exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to any such government andor subdivision thereof (including any courtsupra-national bodies such as the European Union or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such Person.the European Central Bank).

"Governmental Authority" means, with respect to any Person,means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, administrative tribunal, central bank (or similar monetary or regulatory authority) thereof, any body orother entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government and any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such Person.government.

"Governmental Authority" means, with respect to any Person,means the government of any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, whether at the national, state, territorial, provincial, county, municipal or any other level, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank (or similar monetary or regulatory authority) thereof, any body orother entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions ofof, or pertaining toto, government and(including any courtsupra-national bodies such as the European Union or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such Person.the European Central Bank).
