The Note. The Loan shall be evidenced by a promissory note in the form of Exhibit A hereto, having a face amount equal to the Commitment Amount, executed by Borrower and payable to the order of Lender (as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, restated, increased, extended or consolidated from time to time, the “Note”) and shall be repaid in accordance with the terms thereof and of this Agreement.

The Loans shall be evidenced by a promissory note in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

If requested by any Bank, the Loans of such Bank to the Borrower shall be evidenced by a Note of the Borrower payable to the order of such Bank in a principal amount equal to the amount of such Bank’s Commitment, each of which Notes shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (with appropriate insertions) (collectively, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, extended, renewed, restated or replaced (including, without limitation, any Note issued in full or partial replacement of an existing Note as a result of an assignment by a Bank), the “Notes”).
