The Lessor shall be entitled to seek any mortgage or rental discounting facility from any bank or financial institution against the security of the Premises and or Rent, without in any manner affecting the rights of the Lessee to use and occupy the Premises during the Term. The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with details as regards the entity to whom the Rent would be payable and undertakes to discharge the Lessee from all claims on payment of Rent to the identified entity. In the event such bank or financial institution requires any no objection certificate/ letter for these purposes, the Lessee shall provide the same.
