Borrower Note. Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, such Borrower shall execute and deliver a promissory note, in the form of [Exhibit B];

The Borrower agrees that, upon the request to the Administrative Agent by any Lender, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender a Note evidencing the Loans of such Lender, substantially in the form of [Exhibit C], with appropriate insertions as to date and principal amount.

The Borrower agrees that, upon the request to the Administrative Agent by any Lender, the Borrower will execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note of the Borrower evidencing any Term Loans, of such Lender, substantially in the form of [Exhibit E], with appropriate insertions as to date and principal amount.

Any Lender may request that the Loans be evidenced by a promissory note. In such event, each Borrower shall execute and deliver a Note or Notes substantially in the form of [Exhibit B] (with blanks appropriately completed in conformity herewith), in favor of such Lender. Each Borrower agrees, from time to time, upon the request of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, to reissue a new Note, in accordance with the terms and substantially in the form heretofore provided, to the Administrative Agent or such Lender, in renewal of and substitution for the Note previously issued by such Borrower to the Administrative Agent or such Lender, and such previously issued Note shall be returned to such Borrower marked “replaced”.
