Moral Rights. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this Section 4 shall include all right of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as moral right, artist's rights, droit moral or the like (collectively, "Moral Rights"). To the extent I retain any such Moral Rights under applicable law, I hereby ratify and consent to any action that may be taken with respect to such Moral Rights by, or authorized by, the Company and agree not to assert any Moral Rights with respect thereto. I will confirm any such ratification, consent or agreement from time to time as requested by the Company.

Moral Rights. The Executive hereby waives and further agrees to, from time to time as such Inventions arise, waive for the benefit of the Corporation and its successors or assigns all the Executive's moral rights in respect of the Inventions.

Moral Rights. Any assignment to the Company of Inventions includes all rights of attribution, paternity, integrity, modification, disclosure and withdrawal, and any other rights throughout the world that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights,” “artist’s rights,” “droit moral,” or the like (collectively, “Moral Rights”). To the extent that Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, Consultant hereby waives and agrees not to enforce any and all Moral Rights, including, without limitation, any limitation on subsequent modification, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Moral Rights. Any assignment to LogicBio of Inventions includes all rights of attribution, paternity, integrity, modification, disclosure and withdrawal, and any other rights throughout the world that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights,” “artist’s rights,” “droit moral,” or the like (collectively, “Moral Rights”). To the extent that Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, I hereby waive and agree not to enforce any and all Moral Rights, including, without limitation, any limitation on subsequent modification, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Moral Rights. If Consultant has any rights, including without limitation “artist’s rights” or “moral rights” in the Work Product which cannot be assigned (the “Non-Assignable Rights”), Consultant agrees to waive enforcement worldwide of such rights against the Company. In the event that Consultant has any such rights that cannot be assigned or waived, Consultant hereby grants to the Company a royalty-free, paid-up, exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license under the Non-Assignable Rights to # use, make, sell, offer to sell, have made, commercialize, and further sublicense the Work Product, and # reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly perform and publicly display the Work Product in any medium or format, whether now known or later developed.

Moral Rights. To the extent allowed by law, Section 2(a) and any license to Company hereunder includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as moral rights, artist's rights, droit moral or the like. To the extent any of the foregoing is ineffective under applicable law, Consultant hereby provides any and all ratification and consents necessary to accomplish the purposes of the foregoing to the extent possible. Consultant will confirm any such ratification and consents from time to time as requested by Company. Consultant will obtain the foregoing ratification, consents and authorizations, for Company's exclusive benefit, from each person who provides any Services hereunder.

Waiver of Moral Rights. To the extent that the Participant may do so under applicable law, the Participant hereby waives and agrees never to assert any Moral Rights that the Participant may have in or with respect to any Company Intellectual Property, even after termination of any work on behalf of the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Moral Rights” means any rights to claim authorship of a work, to object to or prevent the modification or destruction of a work, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of a work, and any similar right, existing under any applicable law of any jurisdiction, regardless of whether or not such right is denominated or generally referred to as a “moral right.”
