no minimum amount need be assigned in the case of # an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility and # an assignment by a Lender to any other [[Lenders:Organization]], Affiliates and Approved Funds; and

no minimum amount need be assigned in the case of # an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning [[Lenders:Organization]]’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility and # an assignment by a [[Lenders:Organization]] to any other [[Lenders:Organization]], Affiliates and Approved Funds; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning [[Lender:Organization]]’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a [[Lender:Organization]], an Affiliate of a [[Lender:Organization]] or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under the Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under the Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility or the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and the Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; an

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it under or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitments and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund no minimum amount need be assigned; and
